During a Reiki session Anna will also channel the Violet Flame of St. Germain, a Divine gift & powerful tool to transmute denser emotions, feelings, thoughts and karma into a higher vibrational frequency, which restores the balance and flow of energy in the body, mind and subtle energy bodies. Guided by Spirit Anna will also incorporate the power & healing energy of Tibetan & Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, drumming, essential oils, mediumship, crystal energy, tarot & oracle cards & Deeksha to renew inner peace, balance, well being & healing on all levels.

During a reading Anna will first guide you through a visual meditation along with a relaxing technique of conscious circular breathing to ground your energy and focus the mind in the present moment. Then she will tune into your energy and chakras to receive guidance from Source, your Higher Sacred Self, your ancestors and guides for spiritual guidance, prescience and clarity. Followed by the use of oracle and tarot cards to give form to formlessness. The healing sound of Tibetan or Alchemy Crystal Singing bowls will end the session bringing your mind, body and spirit back into alignment.
